Hiring is broken in two directions at once. Candidates spend hours on take-home tests that go unread, sit through interviews with no rubric, and get rejected without feedback. Hiring teams run a different process for every role, struggle to compare candidates, and increasingly can't tell whether a coding answer was written by the person on the call.
ClarityHire was built to fix both sides of that problem. One platform for assessments, live interviews, and integrity verification — so every candidate is evaluated the same way and every hiring decision is backed by evidence the team can audit.
We're a small, independent team. We don't take growth capital that pushes us toward dark patterns, we don't sell candidate data, and we publish our sub-processors and data retention policies because we think you should know exactly what happens to a candidate's information.
