Who can join?+
Anyone with an audience or network of teams that hire — agencies, creators, consultants, communities. We review applications within 24 hours and approve most of them.
How does attribution work?+
When someone clicks your link, we drop a first-party cookie that lasts 60 days. If they sign up and convert to a paid plan in that window, the referral is yours.
When do I get paid?+
We process payouts monthly via Stripe Connect. Once your balance crosses $50, the payout goes out on the next monthly run. No invoices, no chasing.
Do I need to be a customer to refer?+
No. But many of our top affiliates are existing customers — they already know the product cold and that comes through in their content.
What about refunds and chargebacks?+
If a referred customer cancels and gets a refund within their first 30 days, the corresponding commission is reversed. After that, every paid invoice is yours to keep.
Can I run paid ads on ClarityHire keywords?+
No bidding on our brand terms (e.g. 'ClarityHire'). Everything else — generic hiring keywords, your own branded content — is fair game.
